Open, Sexy, Out is all about queer love, catered for the QT/BIPOC community.
Far Out and Open Seen host their event with all the different points of view and vibrancy of their cultures, a reimagining and multi-sensory experience of the ethnic parties they grew up with (full tummies, music, dancing and found family vibes).
DESIRE: The space at Mamma Chen’s is for everyone to feel safe to explore queer love, sex, sexuality, sensuality and all the lusty fun bits in between! Platonic, non-platonic, a love of self or of others, to chosen family. Everyone should be able to use the space to connect with their desires unapologetically.

VIBES/MUSIC:
To go with the sultry, flowy ambiance of the night, the music will be a mix and build up of chill RnB, alternative hip hop, soul to club beats. Our amazing lineup of DJs; Miss Jaanemun, Miss Katalyna, Mrs Fallback & Mon Franco.
*Throughout the night, there will be softer music outside of the band room – curated by Open Seen and FOB collective and low ethnic infused music during dinner time.*
ATTIRE:
This is the perfect opportunity to bust out the outfit you’ve been waiting to wear for months and serve or rock up in whatever makes you feel comfiest – no dress code, comfort and cunt is top priority.

ACCESSABILITY AT MAMMA CHEN’S:
Approx. 4 minute walk from Footscray Station, exit near Platform 1.
Entrance ramp access suitable for mobility aids and an accessible parking spot, bathroom and furniture.
There will be earplugs available and strictly no use of strobe lighting. Low sensory area will be outside of the band room where the couches are.
