Open-air Shakespeare is taking over The Grampians

As if the scenic Grampians region wasn’t spellbinding enough, the Heatherlie Quarry within The Grampians National Park will be transformed into a stage this Easter to host Shakespeare’s comedy, The Tempest.

Exploring themes of love, magic and family quarrels following a shipwreck, The Tempest is a mesmerising classic ready to be brought to life in the surrounds of the Heatherlie Quarry.

Across five performances, with Mt Difficult towering overhead, purveyors of outdoor Shakespearean cinema OZACT will bring The Tempest to you across the Easter period. Don’t hold off on booking your spot though, if their sold-out summer string of shows is anything to go by — they won’t last long.
