Phillip Island is set to pulse with music next summer as Ocean Sounds Festival returns for 2027. On Saturday 9 January, the family-friendly all-day event will transform the scenic location into a celebration of Australian music, complete with picnic rugs, gourmet food, local wines and golden sunset views.
Headlined by some of the country’s most beloved acts, the lineup blends powerhouse rock, heartfelt singer-songwriter gems and high-energy grooves. It’s shaping up as one of the most inviting summer music days on the Victorian calendar.

Missy Higgins brings her timeless melodies and ARIA-winning catalogue including Scar, The Special Two and Steer. The Living End will deliver their high-octane punk-rock energy with classics like Prisoner of Society and Roll On. Pete Murray returns with his smooth, soulful hits such as Better Days and So Beautiful, fresh from his chart-topping 2025 album Longing.
Adding to the magic are Sunshine and Disco Faith Choir for feel-good grooves, rising star RAGEFLOWER, alt-rock outfit Selve fronted by Jabirr Jabirr man Loki Liddle, and local Phillip Island talent Elly Poletti, fresh from her The Voice success.
