Laneways final sideshow have been revealed – get tix quick!
Rising dance music sensations Fcukers have announced intimate sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne alongside their upcoming Laneway Festival appearances, as the duo ride a wave of international acclaim.
The London-based electronic outfit will perform at Mary’s Underground in Sydney on February 11 and Melbourne’s The Night Cat on February 13. Melbourne post-punk trio Sex Mask and DJ Ivan Berko will support both sideshows.

The announcement follows a meteoric year for the pair, who recently graced the cover of NME and curated a playlist featuring dance music royalty including Soulwax, Beenie Man and Fatboy Slim. Their latest release, Baggy$$, has garnered praise from publications including Pitchfork, The Face and Hero Magazine.
Fashion house Celine’s creative director Hedi Slimane spotted the duo’s potential early, flying them to Paris Fashion Week to DJ the label’s closing party. The pair have since supported Australian dance acts Confidence Man on their UK tour and Dom Dolla at his sold-out show at New York’s Forest Hills Stadium.
Festival appearances have included sets at Making Time, Portola and Form Festival, with the duo recently making their Boiler Room debut alongside JPEGMAFIA and Club Heat in San Francisco. They’re also confirmed for next year’s Primavera Sound, following support slots with LCD Soundsystem and an appearance at Levitate Festival.
The group have caught the attention of industry heavyweights, with Julian Casablancas, Clairo and Beck among their growing list of admirers. They’ve also connected with Sydney radio personality Derrick Gee, participating in an impromptu interview with producer Baauer on The Lot Radio.
For fans of electronic acts like Confidence Man, The Dare and Daft Punk, the intimate venues offer a rare chance to catch one of dance music’s most talked-about new acts before they graduate to larger stages.
