After last year’s killer opening season, Muriel’s Wedding The Musical is doing another run, hitting theatres in both Melbourne and Sydney.
Adapted from PJ Hogan’s 1994 film, the stage production features an original score by Kate Miller-Heidke and Keir Nuttall, with plenty of ABBA tunes thrown in too.
Casting hasn’t been confirmed yet, but with lead actress Maggie McKenna fulfilling other commitments, it’s likely we’ll be getting a new Muriel.
