MIRROR CLIPPERS are Naarm/Melbourne duo Daniel Brates (drums, synth, vox) and Adrien Siboulet aka SiB (guitar, bass, vox).
Somewhere between CAN, BEAK> and Thee Oh Sees, Mirror Clippers carve out a sound that is relentless, fast, hypnotic and gentle all at the same time. The pair fuse psych, doom, kraut-rock, and avant-garde into a two-piece storm of analogue fuzz-driven power rock. While both share vocal duties, Daniel anchors drums & synth and Adrien simultaneously plays guitar & bass through an original hybrid instrument – a Melbourne-made monstrosity nicknamed The Gass.
