Local producer Edo and MC Dyl Thomas have joined forces to form Milwaukee Banks, a duo that calls to mind the laid back, sensual style of rising US outfit JODY. The druggy pitched-down vocal hook on Pluto Bounce is a bit overlong and overbearing to really work, but the verses form a tasty mesh with the dreamy production.
