In a killer collab that’s becoming somewhat of a tradition, MasterChef winner Diana Chan is teaming up with Metricon for their fifth annual Lunar New Year bash, serving up serious culinary vibes at their swanky Riviera display home.

The February 4 shindig kicks off at 6:30pm, promising two hours of next-level food action as Chan drops her signature Asian fusion knowledge bombs in an intimate masterclass setting.

Think prosperity-packed dishes with a modern twist – exactly what you’d expect from the culinary maverick who’s made waves since her reality TV triumph.

But this isn’t just another cookie-cutter cooking demo. Metricon’s gone all out to create a proper festival atmosphere, complete with entertainment that’ll keep both the grown-ups and little ones buzzing. There’s even a dedicated kids’ colouring station, because why should adults have all the fun?

Drew Glascott, Metricon’s sales and marketing guru, is particularly stoked about celebrating the Year of the Snake. “Lunar New Year is a time for family, food and tradition, and we’re honoured to celebrate with our customers in such a meaningful way,” he says.

Chan herself is clearly riding the wave of excitement. “Metricon’s continued dedication to celebrating this important holiday shows how much they value cultural diversity and community connection,” she says.

The event is serving major community connection energy, with Metricon flexing its cultural awareness muscles in the most delicious way possible. Attendees won’t just walk away with full bellies – they’re also scoring some exclusive Lunar New Year swag, because nothing says “thanks for coming” quite like thoughtfully curated gifts.

For those lucky enough to score an invite to this exclusive gathering, you’re in for a treat. And for everyone else? Stay tuned – if history’s anything to go by, this won’t be the last time Chan and Metricon join forces to serve up some cultural magic.
