I don’t have much to say about Around My Way, except that it briefly reminded me of Around The Way Girl by LL Cool J. Around The Way Girl is a perfect example of time forgiving all pop cultural sins. I heard it at a party a little while ago, shortly after Set Adrift On Memory Bliss by PM Dawn, and I was deeply excited. After a while it doesn’t matter if the song is any good, all that matters is that you know the lyrics.
