One of Australia’s most iconic front men Kav Temperley of Eskimo Joe has released a solo single, and its just as good as you’d expect from one of the country’s most successful musicians.
‘Pollyanna’ is the name of the track. It’s got all bases covered with deep strings, plucky piano and glittering guitar captured in the carefully considered instrumentation and arrangement.
The single is a preview into Temperley’s first full length solo album, All Your Devotion. The album is still in the works, and is set to be released on Friday September 28.
To celebrate the release, Temperley will be hitting the road to bring it to the fans live in the coming months. The Melbourne shows are locked in for Friday October 12 at Sooki Lounge and Saturday 13 October at The Toff In Town.
