Eighteen acts have been revealed for WOMAD’s first lineup reveal, boasting a selection of top-tier jazz, blues, electronic, rock and more.
You’ll be getting down with ‘Queen of the Sita’ Anoushka Shankar, the Australian premiere of Havana Meets Kingston featuring legendary reggae duo Sly & Robbie; fiery guitarists Rodrigo y Gabriela and saxophonist Kamasi Washington.
Elsewhere, Aussie electronic kingpins The Avalanches will take to the stage, as well as Anoushka Shankar, Dan Sultan, and more.
