Lead singer of indie-pop quintet Creature Fear, Jacqui Lumsden, is stepping out on her own with her new solo project.

With two vibrant 2021 singles, ‘Brother Bear’ and ‘A Place To Call My Own’ under her belt, Lumsden’s forthcoming track, ‘Don’t Go Loving The Same’, is another impassioned, dynamic release from the emerging singer-songwriter.

Since moving from Warrnambool to Melbourne, Lumsden has been an active member of the city’s music community.

She’s performed at venues all over the country, including slots at major festivals such as Beyond The Valley and NYE on the Hill with Creature Fear, as well as sharing the stage with the likes of Ball Park Music, Killing Heidi, and Aunty Donna.

Lumsden’s unique sound is an immensely refreshing blend of bright, eclectic alt-pop, infused with dreamy vocals and buoyant synth beats.
