Always one to stray from the norm, Jack White has announced a new live album which will be released exclusively on vinyl. White is forcing you not to be cheap if you want to hear this album, leaving streaming services strictly off the menu.
The album, Live at Third Man Records /// Nashville & Cass Corridor, will document the singer’s tour for his most recent studio album ‘Boarding House Reach’, which was released earlier this year. The live album features a collection of intimate performances from the tour, including a recording from The Blue Room at the Third Man Records studio.
The vinyl will come with a collection of photographs of White, a flag featuring a Jack White logo and some more little surprises, with the record itself pressed on blue and white vinyl. The only way to nab yourself a copy is through White’s quarterly vinyl Vault Subscription service, so if you’re keen to add this bad boy to your collection – you’d best sign up quick.
