It’s time to lock in plans for Strawberry Fields 2023

Strawberry Fields 2023

Strawbs say the response to this year's edition has been immense and remaining spots sustainable transport, stylish glamping and hassle-free camping are now limited, so they're encouraging everyone to get their shit together asap.

“We’re stoked at how popular the SF Bus and Glamping has been, however, this does mean that the remaining spots are limited. So it’s time to lock in those plans.”

Tocumwal, a small town nestled along the banks of the Murray River, provides an idyllic setting for the Strawberry Fields Festival. The lush green landscapes, open fields, and serene riverbanks serve as the perfect backdrop for the festivities. Festival-goers are treated to a refreshing escape from urban life, allowing them to reconnect with nature and soak in the beauty of the Australian countryside.

The only downside? It’s kinda, sorta in NSW.

By taking the SF Bus not only are you helping the environment but you are choosing a safer, cheaper and hassle-free way to get to and from the Wildlands! Forget risking your license. A criminal conviction for drink or drug driving can ruin your life. Let someone else drive you home! They’re offering Early Access SF Buses (from $60+booking fee, one-way) running on Thursday from Southern Cross and Sydney for those who want to secure the best camping spots and make it an extra long weekend. They also have SF Buses (from $50+ booking fee, one-way) running to/from Caulfield, Southern Cross and Sydney CBD Friday, Sunday and Monday.

Glamping

Book Glamping and sleep in style under the stars, whilst also bringing less to the festival. By booking Glamping you gain access to:
  • Prime location campsite close to all the action, the bus stop for easy access and all the markets/ food & drink
  • Communal shaded chill-out lounge with pamper area inc. mirrors, chairs and tables
  • Friendly 24/7 check-in and reception team
  • Dedicated toilets
Glamping is available with Ticket Cover Refund Protection for an extra level of security should your circumstances change before the festival takes place. Note this can not be added at a later date. Please check Glamping package inclusions before buying as options include Glamping with/without bedding.
  • Scout Tents – sold out
  • Empty Bell tents (no bedding) – only three left
  • Classic 4m/5m Bell Tents with bedding – less than 10 left
  • Premium 4m/5m Bell Tents with bedding – only two left

Car passes

Please consider your options carefully to prioritise safe and environmentally friendly travel to and from Strawberry. Every vehicle that enters the festival is required to have a Vehicle Pass. The cost of your vehicle pass enables your carbon emissions to be offset thanks to TREECREDS and provides a recycling bag and drug/alcohol test for each driver.
If you are being dropped at the festival by a taxi, private charter or a family member you still need to purchase the relevant Vehicle Pass. Drop-offs are not permitted at the gate due to traffic flow restrictions + it’s a long dusty walk in the sun to the campsites.
  • Early Access + Standard Vehicle Passes (for vehicles with less than 8 people)
  • Early Access + Standard Private Charter Bus Pass (for buses with less than 24)
  • Early Access + Standard Large Private Charter Bus Pass (for buses with 24 or more people)
An extra allocation of Early Access Vehicle Passes for Thursday entry have been made available today – grab them whilst you can. For the whole kit and kaboodle head to the Strawberry Fields website here.
