inthegardens is a free, improvised live music gathering held in local gardens across Melbourne.
Created by SwimGood and featuring special guests, the series invites people to disconnect from the city’s pace and reconnect with something creative – whether that’s journaling, reading, sketching, resting, or simply listening.
The second instalment takes place at The Sunken Garden, Queens Park, Moonee Ponds from 2pm–4pm.
The set will be performed live using synthesisers, guitar, drum pads, ambient textures and everything in between; emphasising spontaneity and shared atmosphere.
There’s no stage, no ticketing, and no pressure – just music woven into a public space.
Bring a blanket, a book, a friend, or simply yourself.
Free and open to the public.
