Entitled, A History of the Future: Imagining Melbourne, the exhibition has been curated by Clare Williamson, who has compiled a slew of building plans, underground roads and public art projects proposed by city planners, architects, artists and writers over the last 180 years that would have changed the face of the city, but never came to fruition.
Spaceships on rooftops, a hand-shaped building, and more are all set to feature in this unique exhibition, as well as a 14-metre long panoramic wall drawing by artist Lewis Brownhile who has imagined the cityscape with these additions in place.
