It’s going down in the Northside Records car park for Record Store Day.

On the back of unveiling their new album, Mood Valiant, last month, Hiatus Kaiyote are set to hit Northside Records this Saturday for a free pop-up show.

Going down as part of Northside Records’ Record Store Day celebrations, the beloved home of soul will close off Little Smith Street for the COVID-safe car park gig.

The free, all-ages show will give punters the opportunity to hear Hiatus Kaiyote’s new record live for the first time since its release.

It also marks the first time the beloved Melbourne jazz-funk outfit have played a live set at Northside Records since their instore performance in 2013.

Northside Records also has a bunch of other treats in store for RSD, including exclusive releases by the likes of Ruel, DJ Peril and Proto Moro, as well as a stack of international RSD drops.
