Would-be Brit rockers Grand Atlantic have just released their third album, which includes this Jet-meets-Oasis collision of twanging lead and fuzzed out rhythm guitar. Singer Phil Usher snarls and squeals in a suitable rock god fashion, sounding both disaffected and disdainful as his voice rolls of the high notes. Familiar but incredibly satisfying.
