Renowned fadista Mariza will make a triumphant return to Australia in 2025.

Mariza’s tour will see her perform at iconic venues including Arts Centre Melbourne, His Majesty’s Theatre as part of Perth Festival, Sydney Opera House, and WOMADelaide. The tour, running from 28 February to 10 March, promises a celebration of Mariza’s soulful music and her journey as one of the most acclaimed Fado singers of our time.

Born in Mozambique and raised in Lisbon’s Mouraria district, Mariza has spent over two decades redefining Fado for global audiences. Known for preserving the genre’s deep emotion while exploring new musical territories, she has released 30 platinum albums and performed alongside music legends like Sting, Gilberto Gil, and Lenny Kravitz. With accolades that include multiple BBC Radio 3 Best European Artist awards and a knighthood from the President of Portugal, Mariza continues to captivate audiences worldwide.
