Bringing his newest album 'Gold Rush Kid' on the road, George Ezra is returning to Australia.

George Ezra, known for his first smash hit single ‘Budapest’, is heading to Melbourne for a performance at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl on October 31. Playing his latest album Gold Rush Kid live, it’s set to be an uplifting and transporting performance. He’ll be supported by local favourite, merci,mercy.

Hot off the back of his nationwide UK arena tour that took place across September and October, featuring the special guests Blossoms, Holly Humbertsone, Mimi Webb, The Big Moon, Mychelle and London International Gospel Choir, he’s set to be well and truly ready for the stage at his Melbourne appearance.

It’s set to be an unmissable live performance. “The way Ezra indulged audiences in his personal life filled up the time between songs perfectly,” we said about his 2018 performance in Melbourne. “If you blinked you could’ve missed the whole show. ‘Pretty Shining People’ was written as Ezra sat in a public garden, watching the people pass him. As the heavy drums kicked in, the bright lights behind Ezra flashed in unison. Mid-way through, Ezra took a moment to teach the audience the chorus, giving them no excuse to not join in.”
