From Thornbury to Rosebud, some of the biggest Comedy Festival names are coming to your suburb

Melbourne International Comedy Festival's beloved Neighbourhood Sessions are returning in 2023 with some of the festival's favourite faces coming to a suburb near you.

What could be better than knocking back one too many with your mates while howling with laughter at some of the best comedians in Australia, before just strolling on home!

That’s the vibe Comedy Festival’s acclaimed Neighbourhood Sessions brings every festival season, with the likes of Nick Cody, Bob Franklin, Celia Pacquola, Kirsty Webeck, Carl Donnelly and more coming out to the ‘burbs for four weekends of gut-busting gigs.

The first cab off the rank is right up our alley! Bob Franklin, Sam Taunton, Kirsty Webeck, Stuart Daulman and Sashi Perera are all coming to the resplendent Thornbury Theatre for a rib-tickling night of stand-up in Melbourne’s north. You’re going to have to be quick to grab tickets to that one, right here.
