The Taproom has undergone a stunning transformation, thanks to a collaboration with the seasoned hospitality interior design wizards at Studio Y. Boasting a Brooklyn-warehouse-meets-Melbourne-brewery aesthetic, their new taproom is an expansive, open-planned brewhouse.
Whether you’re planning a laid-back meet-up with friends, a gathering for up to 50 people, or simply seeking a spot to catch the footy action, Hop Nation has you covered.
Expect an array of 17 delightful brews on tap, including their full Core Range and the exciting new addition, the Pink Grapefruit & Lime Seltzer from the Ray Hard Seltzers lineup.
Seasonal limited-edition brews like the Hazy Mid, Oat Cream IPA, Grapefruit West Coast IPA, and the irresistibly fruity Guava, Dragon Fruit & Toasted Coconut Sour are bound to tantalise your taste buds. Not to mention, they’ll be introducing the locally inspired Footscray Draft to commemorate their home suburb.
For those seeking some food alongside their beers, the Taproom now boasts an in-house kitchen spearheaded by ex-Figlia Pizzeria chef Alex Addams Williams. The Good Pizza joint will dish out delectable thin 13” rounds and indulgent, crispy pan pizzas with a plethora of toppings to choose from.
Hop Nation is gearing up for a series of exciting events, starting with an AFL Grand Final party on Saturday, September 30, featuring a wall-sized projection of the game in the brewhouse.
Starting September 28, Hop Nation Taproom will open its doors Thursday through Sunday, from 3 pm to 9:30 pm.
