Everyone from restaurant industry professionals to home hobbyists can find something to enjoy at the flavourful event.

This year’s edition is guaranteed to be a spicy one. At the cooking demonstrations, hosted by celebrity chefs, learn to whip up complicated dishes and desserts. There’s even a stage dedicated to all things eggs – learn to transform the staple food into delicious meals like quiche and Spanish tortilla.

If you’re in need of something to drink, there will be plenty of beverages. Learn the art of drinking tea or go for something stronger, with wine from all of Australia, a champagne masterclass and gin tastings. For a salty counterpart, head over to the Cheese Corner to get your fix.

Wander through the vast venue, sampling some of the country’s best culinary offerings and bumping elbows with celebrity chefs and getting a deeper understanding of where the ingredients come from.

This year, they’ve introduced a multi-day pass for the first time, meaning guests can soak in all the good stuff. With multiple ticket options depending on your personal preferences, the event is a do-not-miss for foodies and hospitality industry hotshots.
