Last year Didirri established himself with his thoughtful lyrics and his undeniable on-stage charisma. This year he is prepared with a brand new single ‘Formaldehyde’ which deals with feeling a loss of control, and ultimately, embracing that feeling.
Not only will there be new music from Didirri, but a national tour in April followed by a second tour with Vance Joy starting in September.
Inspired by the struggles of one of his favourite artists Frida Kahlo and another painter closer to home, Didirri creates an emotional journey through his music which is sure to leave listeners with the impression that they have made it through the storm and are embracing the calm which follows.
“Formaldehyde is about nurturing the feeling of being out of control,” he said. “Making sure you feel it to the fullest extent in order to resolve yourself”
