Dick Diver’s artfully low-key jangle pop is in perfect form on Alice, a tune that marries sloppy, bleating Australian accents with the vague remnants of ’60s garage pop. The opening strums of guitar are so casual you’re not sure they’ll continue; the lyrics are scattered but vivid strokes of colour.
