Debut Photography Exhibition For Matthew Fuller

matt.jpg

Matthew Fuller’s debut exhibition starts in Melbourne this week.

Matthew Fuller takes photographs. He does not consider these images works of art but rather memories. Then so fitting that he should call his debut exhibition Eidetic Memory.

Eidetic memory, more commonly known as "photographic memory", is the ability to recall images, objects or scenes in extreme detail. A memory that can be viewed by the mind’s eye as if it were a photograph. This describes Matthew Fuller’s interpretation of his photography perfectly. Fuller will be sharing his photographs with the public from February 24 – March 12 between 6pm and 9pm at The Owl and Pussycat (34 Swan Street, Richmond).
