Amaya Laucirica releases new single and tours nationally.
Continuing the momentum gained on her recent supports of Blonde Redhead and Holly Miranda, Amaya Laucirica hits the road in support of her latest double A-Side single, Sleeping In Your Shadow/Anywhere She Went.
Laucirica released her sophomore album, Early Summer, in late 2010. The album was well received and was selected as "Album Of The Week" on Triple J in November. Early Summer maintains a constant shift between darkness and light, sadness and hope. These competing shades are perhaps best exemplified by the eerie Sleeping In Your Shadow and the poignant and unadorned simplicity of Anywhere She Went.
