Kicking things off, a ripper Opening Party will go down on October 29 with a curated day of free activities and festivities in an abandoned bingo hall. Get down for live and interactive art and music in a day to remember.
Reservoir Stomp will be bringing some magic to the suburbs on October 30, with Rocket Science, The Rechords, The Putbacks and more all joining forces.
Town Hall on High will bring together a series of special events to Northcote’s beautiful town hall from October 31 – November 4 including Salmon For Breakfast – an exploration of Kim Salmon’s significant contribution to Australian music in story, song and sketch.
Elsewhere, a workshop series comes to the fore for the makers of Melbourne, 100 guitarists will shred Enter Sandman in unison and a huge Bowie and Prince dance party will celebrate the life and works of two of the world’s most revered musicians – going down at Fresh Hood Market on November 5.
Rounding it out comes the Closing Party, boasting a slew of talent for one huge day of acts on November 6. Full details to come.
