Angel Music Bar has always been on the Melbourne clubbing bucket list, and this month, fans are getting one more reason to check it out.

Tucked away in the CBD’s east end, the venue strikes the perfect balance of sexy and sophisticated. With a cocktail bar downstairs designed for long conversations, a purpose-built club upstairs centred around what’s arguably the best DJ booth in the country, and an indoor-outdoor area to smoke, drink and decompress between sets, it’s the kind of place you arrive early and leave at 5am wondering where the night went.

In February, Angel unveiled a brand new club night every Saturday presented by the in-house programming team of Naomi aka DJ Crÿbaby, Edd Fisher of Wax’o Paradiso and Jamie Bennett of Crown Ruler. Between them they bring a serious depth of knowledge to the newly renovated space, with a focus on considered bookings that prioritise the listening experience and the connection between artist and audience.

Expect a carefully curated mix of international, local and interstate guests every week — each Saturday shaped differently from the last. Presale tickets are limited via RA and for the moment you can sign up to get in for free before 11pm.
