Her most adventurous body of work yet, Things Take Time, Take Time, marks a new chapter for Barnett.
An introspective and intimate release, the record documents her musings on love, patience, healing, and self-discovery.
The announcement is accompanied by the release of the first single off the album, ‘Rae Street’, and an accompanying film clip.
Opening the new album, the track sets the tone as Barnett riffs on the contrast of modern societal pressures and the comforts of everyday life within a small community.
