This comes after the announcement that Yeah Yeah Yeahs cancelled their Australian visit due to health-related issues, with their place on the lineup being snatched up by Australian legends of sampling, The Avalanches.

Flying in directly into Byron Bay from Portugal after their debut euro-festival, Cosmo’s Midnight are an electronic music duo made up of twin brothers Cosmo and Patrick Liney. They’re known for their use of the vibraslap and a whole slew of singles this year, including ‘Can’t Do Without (My Baby)’ and ‘Band My Line’, the latter featuring Tkay Maidza.

Also on the lineup this year isn Fremantle/Walyalup singer-songwriter Noah Dillon. His highly anticipated debut album, Kill the Dove, is set to be released on August 19 and he’s coming to Melbourne on September 3 as part of his national tour.

“We want to express how deeply grateful we are to our Splendour community for sticking with us during what has been an intensely challenging time for our team and for the whole of the live music industry,” said Splendour in the Grass co-founders Jessica Ducrou and Paul Piticco. “Your support means the world and we’re so excited to be heading back to Parklands with you all for one next level reunion!”
