Inside Kru are taking over Second Story Studios for an extended b2b2b2b set on Saturday 7 February.
Four of Australia’s leading UK garage exports – IsGwan, Prizefight, Osmosis Jones and WAXX OFF – will join forces as Inside Kru for a warehouse session that digs deep into some seriously sought-after USB drives. Fresh off a Dance Dome highlight set, the collective is bringing their combined firepower to Collingwood for a night that spans bass, speedy G and 2 step.
Inside Kru have already made waves with debut releases on ec2a and No Instruction, plus sold-out all-night b2b2b2b sessions that prove four heads are better than one when it comes to keeping a dancefloor locked in. Each member brings their own distinctive flavour, and watching them trade selections across an extended set is where the magic happens.

UK garage’s resurgence in Australia has spawned plenty of imitators, but Inside Kru represents something more substantial. These aren’t weekend warriors jumping on a trend, each member has put in serious hours behind the decks, and it shows in their selection depth and technical ability. An extended b2b2b2b format is a risk that only works when everyone involved knows exactly what they’re doing.
Support comes from Sydney/Eora’s hotbabe93 going back-to-back with Melbourne/Naarm’s KJONES, two rising selectors who’ll set the tone before Inside Kru takes control. Expect the energy to build steadily across the night as different flavours of garage, bass and 2-step weave together.
Second Story Studios provides the warehouse setting this kind of session deserves—industrial, no-frills, with the focus squarely on sound and movement. It’s a no-phones night, which means you’ll actually have to be there rather than watching through someone else’s Instagram story.
Soothsayer and Full Circle have joined forces to make this happen, bringing together two crews who’ve consistently championed underground sounds in Melbourne. Presale tickets are already available, and given Inside Kru’s track record of selling out extended sessions, getting in early is more than recommended; it’s essential.
