Club Clocktower brings cabaret star Hans and children’s favourite Peter Combe to Fringe

Words by staff writer

Club Clocktower returns for Melbourne Fringe Festival with headliners Hans and ARIA winner Peter Combe.

Moonee Ponds venue will host an eclectic mix of cabaret, comedy and music throughout October as part of its Club Clocktower program. Berlin-born cabaret sensation Hans leads the lineup alongside beloved children’s entertainer Peter Combe, creating an unusually diverse program that spans multiple demographics and performance styles.

Hans brings his coming-of-age show Hans: Young, Fun and 21 to the venue, following his Pick of the Fringe win at 2024 Adelaide Fringe Festival. After appearances on America’s Got Talent and an opera debut in Candide with State Opera South Australia, the international performer continues building his Australian following with this personal cabaret exploring his life story.
