What is one of your most interesting burger creation stories? In July 2015, some customers customised one of the burgers on our specials board to suit their taste, named it and put it on social media so we had no choice but to put it on our menu. This burger is now called ‘The Lucky Mac’ and is a permanent fixture on the menu.
We’ve picked our burger, but how can we make it better? There isn’t much that needs to be added, but our customers have said the fried chicken and/or pulled pork as add-ons do make quite the difference.
