Old mate Liam and crew manage to generate an intriguing atmosphere on the unsettlingly sparse Soul Love, but everything comes undone with a string of hamfisted nursery rhyme couplets. Tune out from the near-parody lyricisms and you’ll hear a decent tune, but it leans a little too close to something you would expect from Driveshaft (Lost reference, wassup).
