AC/DC will kick off the tour at Melbourne Cricket Ground on 12 November before travelling to Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane.

The tour marks their first Australian dates since the Rock or Bust world tour in 2015.

Aussie favourites Amyl and the Sniffers will support AC/DC at all shows.

The Melbourne punk rock outfit joins the tour following their breakout success and critical acclaim for their latest album Cartoon Darkness.

AC/DC should arrive in Australia in fine form after completing extensive touring across Europe and North America. The band wrapped up the North American leg of their Power Up tour in Cleveland in May before launching into a second European stadium run that began in Prague on 26 June.

The European dates include stops across Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, Estonia, Sweden, Norway, France and Scotland. The touring lineup features founding member Angus Young on lead guitar alongside vocalist Brian Johnson, rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, drummer Matt Laug and bass player Chris Chaney.

Fans can expect to hear classics spanning the band’s 17 studio albums, including tracks from their latest release Power Up, which secured them a sixth number one position on the ARIA Albums Chart in 2020.

The stadium tour is produced by TEG Van Egmond and represents a significant moment for Australian rock music fans who have waited 10 years for AC/DC’s return. Power Up proved the band’s enduring appeal, topping charts worldwide and demonstrating their continued relevance in the rock landscape.
