Melbourne Writers Festival Announce Five 2015 International Speakers

Over the festival’s 11 days, more than 500 local and international artists will come to Melbourne. This includes five international speakers that will come together for a mini Festival of Dangerous Ideas about ideas including global politics, shame culture, climate change, nuclear weapons and addiction.

Joining Melbourne Writers Festival are Naomi Klein, internationally renowned activist and author of No Logo and This Changes Everything: Capitalism and Climate Change; Jon Ronson, documentary maker and writer of books including The Psychopath Test and Men; Tariq Ali, English-Pakistani political commentator and author; Eric Schlosser, investigative journalist and author of books including Fast Food Nation; and Dr Marc Lewis, recovered drug addict, neuroscientist and professor of developmental psychology.
