ARIA Hall of Fame inductees Yothu Yindi reunite with Gavin Campbell, founding member of Filthy Lucre in a reinvigorated formation featuring original Yothu Yindi members and special guests who make up The Treaty Project, performing the band’s classic hits as well as brand new material, all with an electronic twist, as a cross-generational celebration of cultural diversity.
Founding members Witiyana Marika, Stuart Kellaway and Malngay Yunupingu will be joined by the popular Indigenous singer/songwriters Yirrmal, Constantina Bush and Yirrnga Yunupingu.
It’ll be the group’s first Melbourne show after their reinvented debut takes place at Strawberry Fields this year.
