French-born founder Tamara Craig launched Voulez Vodka out of a deeply personal promise to her daughter — and now the ultra-premium spirit is one of Australia's most considered small-batch vodkas.
Distilled in partnership with Geelong’s Anther Distillery, Voulez Vodka is crafted from a bespoke blend of locally sourced potatoes and Australian wheat. The potato spirit is cooked, fermented and distilled, then blended with a clean wheat distillate and put through a final distillation. The quality of the raw ingredients means the vodka requires no filtration at all, retaining its full character, depth and natural clarity.

The result is a spirit that’s textural and buttery-smooth with a delicate sweetness and a crisp, clean finish. It’s built for a classic martini, a simple serve over ice, or sipped neat if you’re feeling bold.
Behind the bottle is a collaboration between Craig’s French-honed instincts for luxury and Anther’s technical precision. The Geelong-based distillery has built a reputation on small-batch production and sustainability, and the spirit is brought to life under the guidance of lead chemist Dervilla McGowan, whose detail-driven approach to distillation adds both precision and intuition to the final profile.
Voulez Vodka is positioned at the top end of the market and launched as a limited release, available at select luxury retailers, bars, restaurants, hotels and boutique cellars across Victoria.
