The vintage look gives the clip a real nostalgic kick.
Melbourne alt-rockers The Sunday League have unveiled the retro music video for their new single, ‘Mother’s Son’. The fresh track’s release comes ahead of The Sunday League’s upcoming record, Make It What You Want.
‘Mother’s Son’ explores the effect that divorce has on a childhood. Despite the grim subject matter, the four-piece manage to keep the mood relatively upbeat with dreamy guitars and floating vocals.
The music clip’s vintage look makes it feel like something straight out of the ’90s. Using what looks like an early-model video camera, the band are seen roaming throughout a classic Aussie home and taking on domestic duties, no doubt a head nod to family life.
