Van Walker is set to take the stage at the Brunswick Ballroom on Saturday, 26 October, to celebrate the release of his latest album, Healing Descent.
Following his award-winning album Ghosting (2020), Walker’s new record delves into a deeply personal collection of ten songs, written during the first major lockdown in 2020.
The launch promises an afternoon of powerful music, featuring a full band led by producer and multi-instrumentalist Chris Altmann.

Recorded in just four days while on tour in Canada, Healing Descent continues Walker’s legacy as one of Australia’s most respected songwriters. The album is due for release on Cheersquad Records & Tapes this October.
Walker’s performance will be supported by Amirillo and The Blown Cones, with tickets on sale until 4:00 PM on the day of the event.
