Twilight Sounds is a community-focused and sensory-friendly concert series that has grown exponentially since its inception. 2025 has seen the series bring out the big guns, offering a diverse cast of talent set to illuminate the outdoor stage.
Catch the likes of Mitch Tambo, The Bamboos, WILSN, DJ MzRizk, The Bamboos, Shaun Kirk, Gusto Gusto and The Delvenes as the sun sets over the stage – talk about vibey. While the spotlight will be shining bright on the stellar lineup of Aussie musicians taking the stage, there will also be a bunch of interactive activities and creative play for little ones and families.
With a lineup this electric, punters are encouraged to get down early – picnic rugs in tow – to secure the best spot. Beginning at 3pm and running until 10pm, there’ll be bucket loads of food trucks offering a range of bites to indulge in as the sun sets over the stage. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own snacks and drinks. Twilight Sounds permits alcohol but highlights its focus on being a family-friendly event, so keep things classy.
Like any outdoor concert, shaded structures (like gazebos, umbrellas and marquees) should be left at home, as should any furry friends and glass. But in every other way, this is no ordinary outdoor concert.
Fresh off the back of a spectacular Carols by Candlelight performance, Yidaki performer Mitch Tambo will be heading up the night’s events. Joining the dynamic entertainer on the bill is WILSN, one of the country’s most exciting new voices in soul music. As an extra treat, audiences can also expect a set from the legendary Naarm DJ and radio host MzRizk.
Twilight Sounds has also put in place a range of measures to make the outdoor concert more accessible and inclusive. This includes strategies that focus on the accessibility of parking, toilets, support from event staff and more to make sure everyone has the opportunity for a great time.
Come hungry, thirsty and ready for a boogie as the sounds of summer whisk you away with a soundtrack of your favourite artists at Twilight Sounds.
Twilight Sounds is proudly supported by Live Music Australia – an Australian Government initiative. For more info, head here.
