The role covers assistance to the Festival Director, Associate Directors and Program Manager primarily in the delivery of tours and seasons by visiting overseas artists. The role requires excellent attention to detail, discretion, energy and a preparedness to undertake all manner of tasks.
The Tours Coordinator will be responsible for collating and maintaining detailed schedules for all Festival artists, as well as booking accommodation and travel, and managing the process for arranging visas for overseas visitors.
