Kicking things off at 9 pm is Bongcleaner, embodying the laid-back spirit of stoner doom. Like their fellow bands, Bongcleaner is an active participant in the doom/stoner rock scene, often seen rocking festivals alongside their friends. Their infectious energy, humour and love for all things 4/20 promise to enhance the festival experience, creating lasting memories for attendees.

Joining them is AstroFuzz, a local favourite known for their occult doom metal prowess. Familiar faces among Ghostsmoker’s circle, AstroFuzz will unveil their revamped lineup at Bury Me In Smoke. In a recent Instagram post, the band announced that they’ll be debuting some brand new songs, as well as playing some familiar favourites, further adding to the excitement of the event!
Taking the lead is Ghostsmoker, Melbourne’s doom metal legends. Despite a few lineup changes and a brief hiatus, Ghostsmoker remains actively engaged in the doom/stoner rock community, often gracing festivals with their high-energy shows. Still riding the wave of their 2022 EP ‘Grief,’ the band teases fans with hints of a debut album in progress, making them a fitting headliner for a night of stoner revelry.
