Tim Woodz is rocking our front bar live from 4pm on Sunday, 30th March.
Like a Jazz crooning, folk rocker at an Aussie BBQ, Tim Woodz makes up songs with interesting stories. His music is uplifting, clever and nostalgic which has landed him in the folk festival circuit since 2012 and touring with iconic performer Tex Perkins. Tim grew up in Gippsland Victoria, being inspired by his parents who’d perform in the local folk club, Tim started creating punk inspired folk songs or perhaps the other way around as teenager, which led him to write in a lyrically naive style and produced nostalgic and very clever songs about trees, possums, laundromats and everything in between.
