Rising indie artist Matt Hansen returns to Australia and New Zealand this October for his Down Under Tour.
Following his successful debut headline tour last November, the Los Angeles-based musician will perform five sideshow concerts alongside his appearances at the Strummingbird Festival. The 24-year-old artist, who has amassed over three million TikTok followers, will make his first-ever performances in New Zealand as part of this tour.
Matt Hansen’s Down Under Tour comes after building a substantial following through his soulful reinterpretations of popular songs and original music on social media. His independent releases have garnered over 900 million streams across his first 10 singles, with his latest track yellowstone (holding you) particularly resonating with audiences through its powerful vocals and emotional depth.

The indie artist’s tour will begin in Auckland before moving through major Australian cities, combining intimate venue performances with festival appearances.
