THNDO

THNDO graces the Hawthorn Arts Centre stage for the first time with a repertoire of Jazz and R&B, accompanied by James Bowers on piano.

The Hawthorn Arts Centre appearance is the last chance to see this mesmerising artist headline during 2024. Thndo’s trajectory to stardom over the last decade makes the mid-September night an important moment, as her star continues to rise.

Known to fill venues to the brim, Thndo has commanded crowds at festivals including Bluesfest in Byron Bay and Woodford Folk Festival. Music lovers will value the chance to take in the acoustics of Hawthorn Arts Centre’s art deco hall, in an elegant cabaret-style seating composition.
Thndo’s stage presence radiates the depth and charisma that has endeared her to audiences nationwide for almost a decade.

Her artistic evolution is traceable from the 2016 debut EP Digital Love Letters, across a string of impactful singles which lead to the creation of her most defining works to date, her Life In Colour EP and emphatic single ‘Fall’.

Since the release of Life In Colour and the success that’s followed her tenure on The Voice Australia, where she made the Grand Final, Thndo has stepped into a new chapter of creative and personal power.
