Melbourne's underground electronic music scene prepares for Rave Against The Machine's highly anticipated second event this July.

Following the outstanding launch of the inaugural series, Rave Against The Machine #2 promises to deliver another night of uncompromising underground electronic music at a secret Melbourne location (think warehouse rave).

The event continues the series’ mission to champion authentic rave culture in the face of an increasingly commercialised music landscape.

The second instalment maintains the rebellious spirit that made the first event such a success, bringing together some of Melbourne’s most trusted underground rave veterans alongside international talent.

The organisers have crafted a lineup that represents the true essence of underground electronic music culture, featuring both live performances and DJ sets that span the spectrum of electronic genres.

The warehouse rave maintains the underground ethos that has become synonymous with the Rave Against The Machine series, with the secret location adding an element of mystery and exclusivity that harks back to the original warehouse rave culture of the 1990s.

Organisers will release venue hints leading up to the event, keeping that authentic underground spirit alive.

The afternoon start time of 3pm allows for an extended celebration that will carry through until the early hours, giving punters the full underground rave experience.

This format has proven successful for similar events across Melbourne’s electronic music scene, allowing for both seasoned ravers and newcomers to experience the full journey of an underground event.

With more artists still to be announced, the full scope of Rave Against The Machine #2 promises to exceed expectations set by the successful launch event.
