Chef Ken Leung's new Melbourne restaurant Lexy Restaurant & Bar has opened in Melbourne's Flinders Lane precinct.
The modern Pan-Asian new Melbourne restaurant represents the second venture from Chef Ken Leung, following his acclaimed establishment Cha Ching. Lexy Restaurant & Bar focuses on contemporary Asian cuisine with share-style dishes designed to encourage conversation and discovery among diners. The venue combines high-glamour sophistication with bold Pan-Asian flavours in Melbourne’s dynamic dining quarter.
Lexy Restaurant & Bar’s menu draws inspiration from diverse Asian traditions, reimagining classic dishes with creativity and contemporary techniques. Head Chef Oak guides the culinary direction, incorporating locally sourced ingredients with vibrant flavours from across East Asia. The kitchen utilises a Josper oven to add signature smokiness to dishes, while the fire-led cooking style elevates traditional preparations. It’s the latest in a series of new Melbourne restaurant openings, as confidence slowly returns to the city’s hospitality scene.
