There’s a ‘Wolf of Wall Street’ themed bar coming to Docklands

Wolf of Wall Street

A new pop-up concept bar is coming to District Docklands this October themed on the Martin Scorsese film 'The Wolf of Wall Street'

The Wolf Of Wall Street-themed bar is reportedly coming to District Docklands this October, with the announcement failing to include any photos of the actual venue. With the concept still likely to be built, it could well just be a very corny knock-off, we don’t know.

For their part, the promoters are promising punters the ability to “live life like Jordan Belfort…trade like a boss, party like an animal”.

The novelty factor is high – the bar’s layout will supposedly replicate that of a trading floor, where drink prices are manipulated by other buyers and sellers in the market. Visitors will be able to ‘trade essential commodities and call other traders to make sure you get the best price for that cocktail’ – whatever that means.

“Wall Street Bar we’re giving you the chance to live out your failed trading fantasies in the form of an immersive and unique bar experience,” the organisers said. “Whether you’re a stock market pro or have no trading knowledge at all, this is a fun and immersive experience for all.”

The pop-up bar will run from October 21 this year, to January 1 next year. Attendees will have to buy tickets to attend, the price of which includes a 90-minute immersive experience and two bespoke cocktails.
